This one day workshop builds on the knowledge of the Enneagram
from the Conscious Leadership of Self and Others workshop and
provides a deeper layer of understanding about the operation of
personality in a team context

Overview

  • Fee: $3,500 for 1 day workshop plus $105 per participant for the iEQ9 Professional questionnaire, and $158 for a Team Report (ex GST and out of pocket costs.)
  • Delivery: Face to Face or Online. (Online workshops can be delivered as 3 x 2 hour workshops spread over a few days or as per client requirements.)
  • Teachers: 2 accredited Enneagram Teachers.

Please note that participants must have completed an iEQ9 Professional Enneagram questionnaire and have their iEQ9 Enneagram report prior to the workshop.

This workshop aims to support you and your team in a shared journey of discovery and improvement. 

It is intended to grow your interpersonal and team awareness, tap into your team gifts at a deep and powerful level and, ultimately, enable your team to express your purpose and potential fully.

The program includes an iEQ9 professional questionnaire for each participant and an IEQ9 Enneagram Team Report. This Team report is unique in that it provides detailed analytics about the primary and secondary Enneagram styles in the team as well as under-developed styles.

It also explores the Subtypes and the team’s centres of expression (Thinking, Feeling and Instinctual) and strategies for development for under-expressed centres. The report also explores the level of strain in the team and the team interaction and conflict styles.

A comparison is also made of the team Enneagram style and the Enneagram style of the team leader.
