This one day face to face workshop is our foundation workshop to
develop an understanding of the Enneagram framework.

Overview

  • Fee: $3,500 for 1 day workshop plus $70 per participant for the iEQ9 Standard Enneagram questionnaire (ex GST and out of pocket costs)
  • Delivery: Face to Face or Online. (Online workshops can be delivered as 3 x 2 hour workshops spread over a few days or as per client requirements.)
  • Teachers: 2 accredited Enneagram Teachers.

Please note that participants must have completed an iEQ9 Enneagram questionnaire and have their iEQ9 Enneagram report prior to the workshop.

All participants gain a clear understanding of human personality and their own personality profile based on the Enneagram, as well as the value of understanding themselves and others at a deeper level, thus enabling more effective leadership of self and others.

This workshop will explore self-awareness as a key leadership competency and introduce the Enneagram framework as a powerful tool for personal and organisational transformation. Participants will gain an understanding of the origins of the Enneagram and how it works and will explore the three intelligences in the Enneagram: thinking, feeling and instinctual. Each of the nine types are then explored in detail to uncover key motivations of the types as well as gifts, challenges and opportunities for development for each type.

Participants will be provided with a standard iEQ9 Enneagram questionnaire to complete before the workshop so that they can be provided with an Enneagram report about their type prior to the session.

The workshop is interactive and set within the context of the need for self-aware, high performing staff who can drive positive organisational relationships, cultural change and outstanding work performance within the organisation.
